Inspired by Japanese iron plate cooking, it features a solid 5/16-inch thick stainless steel cooking surface for excellent heat transfer and durability. Two independently controlled 20,000 BTU stainless steel burners offer precise temperature control, supported by heat-on indicator lights and Indigo Blue Control Illumination. The griddle includes reliable hot surface ignition, a front-access grease trough for easy cleanup, and a matching stainless steel lid for protection when not in use.
