The solid 1/4-inch stainless steel griddle surface ensures excellent heat transfer and durability, while the built-in thermostat with a heat indicator light offers precise temperature control. A front grease trough makes cleanup easy, and the signature Indigo Blue Control Illumination on the knobs adds both style and function.
